Yup, although I wouldn't go for ITunes. OggPlay is a great littl (free) app which will let you listen to the much smaller but equally as good quality ogg files. These can easily be made through ripping straight from CD (not recommended to rip MP3s, as the artifacts carry over)
I can't recommend any music download sites, but CD -> Ogg works great for me.

Although I am indeed a big-time fan of Ogg and the UIQ version of OggPlay, I do feel a bit of warning is at its place here: the main reason Ogg-files can be a lot smaller than -- say MP3s is because the player application is far more processor-intensive than your standard MP3 player, so multitasking with OggPlay might prove to be more difficult than with the standard MP3 player.
Still, I have been known to doodle on a DTG-document while listening to "Thunderstruck". Everything just goes a bit choppy from time to time, but remains far below my annoyance-threshold.
I've never tried it with the BT keyboard though...

Oh, and I totally agree with Rocky B.'s assessment of Ogg-encoded CDs: they are indeed a lot better than equivalent MP3 files.
I get an average of 10-15 CDs on one 512 MB MS with zero artefacts.
