I havean O2-UK unbranded phone but have never been able to sync Outlook even though Bluetooth connects fine.Have tried to upgrade via Sony Ericsson upgrade service online but after you tick all the boxes i get a message saying an error has occured please remove/replace the battery and try again,I try this and excactly the same happens.Though i might take it to a service centre but my nearest one,MPRC in Stoke,will only dead with it if i sent it in by post.Any advice much appreciated.

O2 are not updating theire locked handset via SEUS...
