> how to unlock my p800

hello,
just got a p800 through ebay, it was used with T-mobile network.
It doesn't operate with my sim card, so i need to unlock it probably.
I was told by a store that there is sim lock and also network lock (for surfing the net), is that right?
I know I need the dscu-11a service cable, and to get a proper softawre. There are also the code calculator and IMEI unlocking programs on emule..... as u see I am quite confused.
any help and advise will be very much appreciated.

Well you cant unlock sony ericssons with a calculator but there is some free software available to unlock it. You may need to get the appropriate cable though. Heres the link,

Just have a look through that forum and you should be able to find what yo need.
