> IRDA and locating the phone with T68

For my T68, I installed phone monitor and drivers, then mobile phone monitor, then XTEND Connect PC. I was initially able to synch Outlook 2000 on my Win 98SE laptop and use dial up connection with the IR modem on the T68. I then installed Sony MyPictures, which never could find the phone with the IR connection. Now Xtend no longer locates the phone via IR, although I can still connect to the internet via IR modem. Please advise on how I can make Xtend and My pictures communicate with the phone. Thanks.

Try re-installing the MPM (Mobile Phone Monitor), both of those products require it. Also make sure that you do not have any new port conflicts so that the IR Modem is not being used when you are trying to sync with the same IR port.

Thanks Cophia....I uninstalled the software and re-installed it...that did the trick. I left the Sony Picture software out this time....maybe that caused the problem. Regards.
