Hi all,
Im new to all this so go easy on me please! Right, my K750i is due to show up tomorrow. Now its locked to Vodafone which of course gives it all the vodafone branding.
What ill be wanting to do is unlock and de-brand it and what i need to know is what is the best way to do this? Ive read that some people have been having problems updating the software and obviously being i know nothing about all this i dont want to hit the same problems.
Is it worth trying to upgrade the software to w800?? If so what steps do i need to take?

I have used the search and i have come across alot of threads with people who have had problems with the update i.e. the camera not working. But these threads dont tell me what i need to do to make the update in the first place...what tool i use, do i need a cable, where do i get the updated software from? etc. I just need a quick point in the right direction as im fed up of reading about the probs people have doing the update when i dont even know where to start!! lol.
