I have a W800i - I deleted the demo tour video that came on the phone - and I restored it via the internet but under the entertainment icon the demo tour icon is faded and says the video has been deleted even though I have restored it - anyone know how to make this icon active again ?

go to master reset and do a SETTINGS reset only.... Make sure the video is back on the right folder....
With this you should in no way loose any data or info...
