I was upgrading my O2 branded k700i through seus using a DSS-20 cradle but it always give the error: error in communication with he device. I have a r2a041 firmware. Has this happened to anyone else? Any solutions?

AFAIK i have installed the correct drivers for the sync station. SEUS automatically downloaded seus_setup119.exe from thw SE site. I have read that the DSS station should have s DSS-20 sticket underneath for it o work, i've already checked and there was one. What else do you think im doing wrong. Thanks in advance.
