I have a k750i and i recently noticed that there i some dust under the screen (under the first screen and on top of the real display), is this common and should i care?

No it doesnt mean its been opened.
It just means you keep your phone in a dusty place. No matter how well made a phone is, dust will always find its own way inside.

Actually its very common, my k750i and w800i both have dust under the screen, it gets there from being in your pocket. There is already a thread
here

It also happens with nokia phones. I just remove the cover and wipe the dust off.

thats the best thing about nokias if you get dust under the screen you can just take the case of and clean it
