I posted a link to a good
list of GSM codes ages ago and again just the other day in the following thread
Hide Number without going into settings
anyway...
Incoming CLI Presentation (you see the caller's number)
Allow: *30#[SEND]
Prevent: #30#[SEND]
Query default: *#30#[SEND]
...of course, this means they must have enabled sending you the number in the first place...
