When i try to update my phone via SEUS i have to click all the boxes that i have connected my phone and my pc is thias spec, etc.... After i click next they text goes away and nothing happens, here is a pic:
Any ideas?

had the same problem. my solution was to install java on my cpu wich I didn't have... after that no problem.

yeh its a java problem
look at your firewall .. a program called jaw or something will access your net and download say..roughly 600kbs then if java is installed..it pops up on your screen and it should work..
