> w800i,ogg or mp4,how to convert?how to play?

Becouse the 512mb card is not so big as its look (468mb)im wondering if i can play ogg or mp4 files on my w800i?
For mp4 i know that the w800i play but i dont know for ogg.
What is bether ogg or mp4?Or this is similar formats?
Wich good program do you use,to convert audio files to mp4 or ogg?
I will convert mp3 to mp4 or ogg,and i know that the right way to do this covertation is from cd direct to mp4 or ogg.But i have only mp3s,so if i can save some space im ready to convert my mp3 to mp4 or ogg.
Please help me.

Definately use AAC/MP4
Use either Itunes or DBpoweramp with an AAC plugin
heres a guide using DBpoweramp and the Nero AAC plugin
