Hello proud k750 owners!

I know you people would love know about how to use MSN messenger on your device.I have searched alot all through the web and now iam setting up this thread where we can all share our ideas on using msn on k750i.

So here it is. These are the following through which i tried to access msn:-
* Yamigo
* eMSN
* QuickIM
* UltraIM
* Jabber.nu
* smatvas

First of all i tried to from Yamigo. It is a mobile village which you can connect through your 'my friends' option to log in to MSN messenger and chat with your buddies. As it said i signed up an account and put all the information required. Then according to them i set up an internet account in the settings and it seemed to be just fine. The next time when i logged in my friends i could see all my contacts from msn but all of them dead - offline! I tried alot but even they could not see me online. So i thought it was a total waste and let it go.

Then I tried eMSN. I must say it is a very good application indeed. It asks for your username and password and there you go it signs you up in MSN messenger. You can see clearly who's online and who's off. But problem still persists. One of my contact sent me a message and i got a connecting progress bar window. Then it connected and we started chatting. It was good. But later another contact sent me message and then a screen appears saying ' x is inviting you. If you connect with him I will close this chat session'. I mean wtf would he do that??? Normally in a PC we can chat with multiple people without any hassle. But i could not simply do that in my mobile. So guyz i need a hep here,if you know abt how to solve this problem then please let us know.

I have downloaded QuickIM and UltraIM but they don't seem to connect. Both shows some error and that it could not connect to the server.If anyone got this two apps to work please let us know how u did it.

I haven't tried Jabber.nu still but i heard it is very unsecured. I haven't tried smartvas too. You guyz can check them out!

So please help. This thread needs you. I will try my best to help you guyz and i hope this from you too!

Use smartvas wiv My Friends,i use it on my k700i,but remember to add contact 'admin' in ur phone,this gets ur contacts up on screen. Ps,give it time to load up when u login ;-) This message was posted from a K700i

I use emsn and I wouldnt expect such a small app to perform as well as its PC counterpart.... multiple contacts is just a little too much to ask.... For now at least...

It does it's job, works fine, connects qickly and I have no issues with it...

What more could I ask.... Oh yea... Cup of coffee?

hey guys, try out this site, "wap.e-messenger.net" for wap devices. or "mob.e-messenger.net" for xhtml devices. you don't need to download any programs. i personally find it pretty good. This message was posted from a WAP device

Yo, just wanted to tell you guys that ultraIMpro is the best program out there, i got it to work without any problem, both ultraim and the pro version. i tried all the other programs, but noone beats ultraimpro.
Mig33 is the best free option, wap.mig33.com , u can chat with multiple contacts at same time. With ultraimpro u can send files, pics, block pepole, change names, your msn pic,, well, its a nice prog,, the only thing thats better with mig33 is that u have tabs on the top, u just press left or right to switch between contact list and contacts u chat with. Im going to buy it since my trial period (7 days) just pased..
cant find any serial (key) for it online

Good luck..

PS,, i use a K750i sonyericsson.
