> 2 Qs about Magic Profiles Pro
Bookmark topic
Q1
If I've got an active profile (profile X let's say) associated with a particular location, what will happen when I move out of the cell(s) associated with that location into other cells which don't have associated profiles on my phone.
Will profile X simply get dropped in preference of a 'default' profile (and if so, how do I indicate a default profile on the app) -- or will it perhaps just stay active until something happens (eg, a manual selection or a scheduled event or my entry into other cell(s) later for which I do have other profiles associated)? Or will the phone possibly revert to the profile that was active immediately before profile X became active?
UPDATED: From what I've read on another forum, it seems the last sentence above is true *except* when in the meantime a scheduled event has kicked in.
Q2
If reject actions for individual contact entries are defined, these presumably override the default (ie, app-wide) reject action that's set?
UPDATED: Symbianwave support confirmed this is the case.TIA.

The way the manual explains it is that you should set a scheduled profile to be used as default. AS locations take priority over schedules then your location profile will be active until you move location, then your default profile will come into effect.
Download the manual and read it, the answers are all there.

Aled,
Thanks for the reply.
I had already read the manual, but it wasn't explicit on either of my two points.
It doesn't say what happens, for instance, if you don't have any scheduled profiles set up, then leave a location that has a profile associated with it.
I think on balance I'm going to stick to manual switching -- I don't care for all the vagueness of the automatic operation!
