> k750i stuck battery cover!

okay, i have only ever taken the back cover off once to put the sim card in. i wanted to get it out to use in my other phone but the battery cover REFUSES to come off, its stuck or something, loadsa people have tried but cant get it off. any ideas?? its driving me mad

thanks ive tried everything people suggested! ill have to take it into orange shop. it does count as faulty right? what are my rights? ive only had it since the end of august.
