hi,
in w800i i'm having R1L firmware. i'm not able to change the channels of my FM Radio while its in minimized mode. in my old Nokia phone i used to change the channel by pressing the accept button of my headphone.. is there any such setting in W800?

Just hold the volume button up or down and your phone will check for upper or lower frequency channels

Shame it won't go through the presets though. Same with K750

agree. I would have thought it'd make more sense to make it scroll through presets rather than all available stations?

i second that. if you want to search, you bring in the radio application. What's the point of searching while in stand-by with the screensaver on - you want be able to see the frequency you tuned into, don't you?!

using the volume buttons to go through preset stations would indeed be more useful...

on any scan radio that means signal strength is poor and the digital tuning can't hone in on the signal. You have to do it manually in such a case.

See if you can improve the postioning of the headset (stretch it out as much as possible) Other than that there is not much you can do....
