Hey. I'm a total newbie on here so apologies
I've just got a K750 on Orange in the U.K. The phone is fine but I still want the latest firmware (R1N035) because I've read the firmware thread and it says that I could be getting better pictures and video (even though they are pretty good).
However, when I try to update the phone, it says "your device is already up to date", even though the version on my service menu on the phone says that it is R1L002. Why is this? Please help. Cheers.
Like I said I'm a newbie so if it's something obvious then apologies

I think it must have been asking that your device is already updated & are you sure you want to update then you've to click yes or there must be an update button somewhere so doesn't matter what it says click update button. I hope it might help you.

Yeah but after I tried clicking yes anyway, it asked me to do this thing where I have to hold down the C button etc.
I tried doing that but it didn't start updating after 15 secs like it said it would.

I had the same trouble. Try uninstalling the update service in add/remove then reinstalling.

Sorry, that's the way I done it. Check out your computer for a file called....
seus_setup119.exe
maybe in a temp folder?
Also check that your firewalls are off.

Try to wait for longer because sometimes it may take upto 1 minute to start updating as it did with me.

What does CDA mean?
Right I'll try reinstalling the SEUS software and see what happens.

Read this

and beware that using davinci will void your warranty...
