Don't think so, the mophungames site has been down for a while although the engine and sdk are still readily available.
Mophun was much better than java for games on the T610, but that was largely because of the poor performance of java on that particular phone. I think the later (and faster SE's) did away with the need for something like Mophun and the fact that java was already more established didn't help either.
And it was no good for applications really. Mophun was designed almost exclusively for developing games.
