Hi everyone!I have a problem I encountered today.I have "Fileman" (a file program for p910) installed on my phone and wanted to move a file from my mem card (D) to the phone memory (C).After I transfered it from D to C I could not launch it from my programs menu.It wasn't there!So I did the opposite action ,C to D and again I couldn't find it! I then went to uninstall it with the uninstall program in the phone and it wasn't there either!!!!! So FINALLY I opened "Fileman" again,found the dir and deleted it!Can someone give me a hint as to what 's going on with my beloved phone?!!!!!!Thanx in advance!

if you can launch it from the main window now, then it must be an application.

in which case, you need to move the whole program folder from d/system/apps to c/system/apps. even then, it's not 100% sure if it will work. it depends n the program, and how embedded it is in the filesystem. Which program is it?

oh, and why ask 3 times?!

I did that my friend but nothing.Ok the problem for me is why doesn't the application appear after all this transfering?Has anyone tried this on a p910?I tried this with Camera Fx,Candid cam 4u,Hide Media UIQ,Resco photo viewer,Smart comGPS and Smartmovie (so far!!!)!!!

Have you tried installing it again and then uninstalling it using the phone uninstallation.

Edit: Actually, I have read your second post and Im a bit lost now as to what you are doing.

have you checked the system/program directories?

EDIT: Bob, I assume he's trying to copy applications from d to c. I assume anyway.....

I'll try to upload some pics as to what I'm doing.I have remote p900 which captures my screen but the pics are in.bitmap format which I can't upload.What can I do to upload my screen captures so I can show what's going on?

@...go 2 mAd_bob's site & download screenshot...it captures d images in jpg (d link is in his sign) & then post pic as 2 what u r trying 2 do.
