Has anyone here dealt with these guys..and specifically from the US? I ordered a new battery for my k700i, DSS-25, and a ILP-20 laser pointer(lost my old one) on the 17th. Their webpage says it still hasn't shipped and they dont return my emails.
Any known problems with these guys?

oh yes i have heard of them, sorry to say that people that have dealt with them say they are not good, and someone had to take them to court.
