> Can i use P910 screen on P900

I read in clubsonyericsson.com that screen on P900 can be replaced by screen of p910 !! Is it really true ? has anybody done this and can confirm the results ?

I wudnt think it spossible beacuse of the additional colours of the P910, but im not 100% sure? But i don think that that matter too much. So in essence, yes, I think you may be able to - maybe email SE?

As far as Im aware you can use either screen in either phone, however you wont get the 256 colours in the image mode either way.

maby the screen will show the 256k, maby it's just the same screen but diffrenty connected or something like that...

both screens seem to have exactly the same connecters etc obv or wouldnt be backwards compatible i just think the screen improvements are software based!

Could be, but wouldn't that mean the p905 (p900 with p910 firmware) would have 262 colors too?
