I've done a few searches on how to convert swf's to 3gps but nowhere actually tells you how to do it. Can someone point me in the right direction. The swf I want to convert is:

I don't think you can do it (except with a frame grabber).
The swf format has logic in it, it is not just video.

Use a desktop recorder to to record the SWF while you are playing it.

Make sure you set the recorder to save the file as an avi. Then use Virtual Dub to crop and sort the clip out.

Then convert it as normal, with a 3gp/mp4 converter.
