> Why do I get 'Call Held' on T28s

Hi
On my T28s, when someone phones, I open the flip, press the green
button, and immediatelt the display says that the call is on 'Hold'.
Why is that, and what can I do about it?

Openning the flap answers the call automatically.
Pressing the YES button then holds the call.
Just open the flap and talk!

in settings, find 'active flip' and turn it off.
