have recently moved to amsterdam. have t-mobile prepaid in an unlocked vodaphone branded k700i. had vodaphone firmware R2V001 and was causing possible conflicts with T-mobile. i went to SE service center flashpoint RAF. they could not update to R2AY004, it failed after 80%. after several more tries from SEUS, only a vodaphone firmware upgrade was possible, R2AT003. it was installed. but the software was not updated, therefore the camera driver remained 3.9. Now my camera is dead. Says upgrade camera driver to 3.10. This is such a headache! Now i just want to debrand, de-cripple my phone and install R2AY004 or something. I do not have a PC or any special cables to use davinci or totalmultiserver. Anybody in the amsterdam area able to help that has the cables and or software??? will pay credit costs, etc. (biertjes?) or can anyone point me to a shop in amsterdam that can do this?
