Got the Sony one with my K750i.

The stick is unrecognisable in my phone and others. Did work once, until i deleted the files from it and added a file from my pc.

Now Will not be seen by my Pc in a memory stick card reader, or be seen by my phone, a K750i or a W800.

All other memory stick cards tried will be seen either way.

Any other way to format this thing and see if it is still working. And how do you get a warranty return - Do you see Sony. How have i messed this thing up?

Any help appreciated.

It's the card as i have tried it in a w800 and is not seen in that either.

I have 2 512mb cards and they are found in both phones and on The Pc.

Just want to try reformatting the 64mb if possible or return it somehow.

Surely these cards are guarenteed along with the phones

Sounds like either the partition has got currupted, or the stick has had it

To see if it's the partition, stick it in your card reader, click 'start' and then click on 'control panel'. Next, click on 'Administritive tools'. You might have to switch to 'classic view' to see this option, there's a link in the top left hand side of control panel to do this.

Then, select 'computer management' folowed by 'disk management'. See if the card shows up in there. If it does, you should be able to select it and delete the partition by clicking the little cross (x) on the toolbar at the top of the window. After that, right-click on the unpartitioned drive and you should be given the option to create a new partition. Select that, follow the instructions in the wizard and away you go!

If you can't do anything with it in disk management, then I'm afraid it's almost certainly broken

One more thing, be very careful in disk management! If you select the wrong drive by mistake you could end up loosing Windows and / or all of your stuff!
