Can anyone offer any help??

I managed to update before but it's stopped working!!

I still have all of the drivers and have updated the Java drivers. I load the update service and follow all of the actions up to the point where it tells me to switch the phone off and hold the "C" key before replacing the USB cable. At this point the phone switches back on, last time I switched it off again and it started the update. However this time it continually switches the phone back on with out evidence that the service is updating.

Can any one advise? Sorry if this is the wrong forum

Sorted!!!

Needed to update the flash driver....

Incase anyone else has a similar problem...

Open the device manager, disconnect the phone and switch off. Hold "C" key and connect USB. Find usb driver with yellow warning and manually update driver downloaded from SE support site.

hiya,yeah i get same problem, but i also dloaded the driver zip file from se global support site (for the d/k750i)

but wen i gert the yellow usb flash on the device manger, i double click it, tell it to update, ppint it to this driver file but it stil says cannot update driver ??? how come,?

g#have i got wrong file?? if do can you please please post me the driver file or link to where i can get it??

AND HOW TO INSTSALL?? PLEAAAASE

Is the driver page, download and extract to a known folder.

Try the previous method and use the advanced method to locate the driver that you downloaded.
