Hi, i have searched the forums before posting but couldnt find an answer to my problem so here it is. I have a SE k7501 and since i got it ive been trying to get my music from media player on windows xp and ive tried using the usb but i was told i needed to install disk2phone to convert it first into MP3 Format. So i do all this only to be told now that it wont convert music thats already on there. please could someone tell me in an uncomplicated way, how i am supposed to convert the music on my media player to mp3 to then transfer it to my phone. Do i have to install all my music again. Ive been trying for so long and im so frustrated at still not being able to do it. When i tried to drag and drop using the disk2phone, it said no usable music was found. Is there a step by step guide anywhere? I rang sony eriksson support line, but they were the ones to tell me to install disk2phone to convert it in the ist place. He said it would convert everything for me but its not. Can i convert them some other way and then use the USB to transfer them. I have tried everything and its all i bought the phone for in the ist place, I really really would appreciate some help on this. Thank you very much

Why not just use iTunes? Import all your songs into it and convert to mp3!

You can choose to let iTunes sort your songs and add them to its database automatically. Or you can use it just to convert your songs. If you only want the latter, you can try using dbpoweramp. This message was posted from a Nokia

It is not true. You did not do a search because I just performed a simple search using the code words: "m3p conversion" and I got somewhere over 35K hits. Once again, another lazy poster, too lazy to do a bit of leg work to find what they are looking for.

Excuse me, dont tell me what i have and have not done, i did do a search using disk2phone and the posts that came up did not help me. If i was that lazy i wouldnt of written a post in the ist place, so before you go accusing people of "not doing searches" get your facts straight.

Use iTunes!

Dont tell me did not include a software in the sales package to convert CDs to MP3s?!?! That would be such a rip-off!!
