Why is 800i phone not showing as a removable drive?

since it was re-instaled with windows...

sure its something simple..

please help..

Is the driver installed? If yes and it still isn't being detected, give the fastport conn a wiggle, it may be a duff contact.

done it ,,, just went to the add new hardware in control panel... simple as it is.. i missed it.. Windows usualy asks you when you first install it via USB though..
