I've used my phone in a few different countries, but when I went to Bangkok my phone started to freeze up. I think it's a bug or a virus in the firmware.
Any advice?

Not aware of any viruses on se phones yet. Could be moisture, loose contact on a board perhaps. Is it a random freeze or is there a specific operation that causes it?

As soon as the phone is turned on and th SE logo is displayed it freezes up. I take the battery out to turn it off, because it doesn't respond to the off button.
