hi is there a SW that allows this phone to save FM transmissions/songs?
and also a SW that will allow this phone to be opene din flight mode?

To use the phone in flight mode you have to get the W800 firmware (Davinci). As for recording Radio - I'd be interested in that as well, sometimes it's nice to save a song from the radio.

i dont think they will release sort of update for k750. its product differentiation by software.

agree, I doubt that they will introduce flight mode onto the K750, although it would be a nice addition. It's probably something that will remain only the walkman version, unless you have a p series phone of course.

is there a blacklist program for this phone? i mean if the number of the incoming call is listed as one of the "blacklisted" numbers it will just send out a busy signal
