Hi!

I've bought the SE Music Cable (MMC - 60).

But there is no auto detection if the cable is plugged in or not.
When i plug in my Headset, the proflies switches to "Headset" but nothing happens when i plug in the MMC - 60.

I want to use the Phone as MP3 Player in my Car. But switching the profile everytime i want to hear Music is a little bit circuitous.

Is there a way to switch profile automatically?

once you plug something into the mmc-60 it will activate the profile automatically, just like headsets do on the hpm-70 (but not when nothing is plugged in) .

But when i plug in de Music Cable the Phone doesn't change the profile. The cable works, but the phone doesn't switch profile.

so you plug the music in, in comes through the stereo, but your phone doesn't change profile? I'm not understanding the problem - as far as I can see it won't make any difference - whether the phone is on handsfree or normal, it should still play the music.

I just bought the mmc-60 and it doesn't prompt a profile change. Still works fine, though it means you can't use the music button, since it doesn't recognise a "headset" attached.

Plugging in the MMC-60 into the K750i doesn't induce any kind of a Profile change. It doesn't even show if you look in the 'Accessories' menu (it says that no accessory is connected to the phone).

If you're trying to connect it to your car and there is no music playing through your car speakers, it might have something to do with your car radio.

When I leave the house, I have the music playing on my phone, hop in the car, change the source on my car radio (to accept an outside source which is my phone), plug in the cable and I hear it through my car speakers. No profile change, I didn't even have to touch the buttons on the phone. Just plugged it in and done.

yes there is no need to change the profile at all (either automatically or manually). The music will play regardless the profile selected.

Yes if you make/receive a call, the music will stop. Also if you receive any kind of messaging (SMS, MMS, etc) the music will also stop. But if won't stop if you're sending messages.
