The ring tone and message alert volume is VERY low on the SE V600 i

I am told a software update may cure this problem but no one at SE Service Centre is sure.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem on the V600i?

I have the two sister phones - the K600i and the K608i and there are no problems with the volume levels on ringtones and message alerts on these phones

sounds like a fw bug for me, let flash with the latest fw or the last, if it is.
