Hi...
Everything works fine but there is this one problem that annoys me since a couple of days: when i send emails from a computer and later afterwards try to check for my emails using Profimail, all sent emails (from a computer) are also downloaded along with my new ones... But the worst part is that once i open any of them or delete some, all my old emails (those downloaded before this moment) disappear from profimail inbox like by magic! Fortunately, i can still consult them using a navigator but not get them back to my pee through pop3 download.
My question is: is it another profimail bug or one that is linked to gmail since their pop3 system is a beta-version. Or has anyone else experienced the same problem...?

This is not a bug, this is how gmail works. all sent messages appear when you check mail through pop3. It works the same way on a computer if you use for example Outlook to check gmail messages.
About dissapearing of the previously downloaded mails. This is how Profimail works. Only new unread mails are in inbox but you can move them to the saved folder so you can keep them on your phone.

I'll take note of that from now on. It seemed weird to me cuz I am used to the IMAP protocol and i'd never had disappearing emails with profimail before... Hope Gmail is gonna get adapted to the IMAP protocol soon

When I use gmail (called googlemail in the UK for legal reasons), I can only get the send from phone (SMTP) bit to work if I use my phone-network's smtp server.
What settings do I need to get the gmail smtp to work? Could it be my network (Orange) stopping this working?

Filters do the work. Just apply a filter for moving emails to 'Trash' with your email in "from:".
