Hey,
it doesn't do it all the time, but maybe half the time when I do anything with the sound recorder, the phone freezes so I have to disconnect and reconnect the battery. Is there any solution to this, or will I have to have them swap my phone (if I decide the recorder is worth the hassle). This is my first day with the phone.

well I just got the phone today, so I figured it would be latest....I was planning on getting the cable to hook it up to the computer so I could put pictures and stuff on it, so where do I go to get updates?

i guess i'll try the master reset if that doesn't work.


oh, does the cable come with the software you need?
