On my P910i I had (by default) QuickWord and QuickSheet apps installed. I tried to install an evaluation copy of QuickOffice Premiere (!) but the result was a corruption of the (default) installation of the 2 above products. On the Sony Ericsson's website I've found ONLY QuickPoint (for P910 only) which I have downloaded for free, but I haven't found QuickWord and QuickSheet at all.
Does anybody know where I can find those apps for downloading?
Thanks
Gianluca

I had the same issue a while back. Unfortunately, there are no (official) free downloads of these apps.
But ... since they're ROM-resident on your phone, a master reset will bring them back. (Obviously make sure you do a backup first!!)
On the other hand, I now use the Documents To Go suite anyway -- better IMHO.

Yep, I too had the same problem, I asked SE and they said the only way to get the generic apps back was a master reset.

Documents to go, is way better imo. Scrap the quick office suite.

Just out of interest, if you uninstall Quickoffice, do you gain any space in ram or is it just "hidden" - considering the fact that it magically reappears when reset.

I think it will do the magic re appearance act upon reset.

It's a shame that you can't permanently (or at all) delete the ROM apps, it would be nice to not have both the ROM apps and the better 3rd party apps installed and taking up space.
I'd like to uninstall the music player (I use Ogg Player), the internet browser (Opera is better) and the viewer (Pdf+ and Docs to Go cover pretty much everything) and maybe even the file manager (SMan - what else), chess and solitaire (don't use them).
I tried Quickoffice and was really disappointed. Quickword cannot handle a lot of Word features and loses the formatting. Docs to Go is WAAAAAY better.
