You can either use irda, bluetooth or a data cable. Just save the themes, screensavers or backgrounds to your phone and transfer from there.

Mark is right! If you have a PC/laptop or Palm PDA. You can use these
equipments to transfer themes and background pics to your fone via IR, Bluetooth, Data Cable or Sync it to your PDA then use IR or Bluetooth to transfer it to ur fone.

It's actually quite simple. You download pictures, themes or sounds and transfer them to your phone using either Bluetooth, irDA or a regular cable connection. Get the software you need at
http://www.sonyericsson.com, under global support area.

The first thing you wanna do probably is attach your t68 to your pc using either an independent IR port cable or the SonyEricsson Enhanced RS232 Cable DRS-11 or the DRS-10. Once you're connected to your PC, it's as easy as downloading from the net and transferring it to your wonderful t68.
hope this helped. i would gladly send you backgrounds and stuff via mms, unfortunately we don't live in the same geographical plane.
