I was talking to one of my mates today, who had an idea for bluetooth.
If you pre-set a certain bluetooth device in the 'My Devices' section (Main Menu > Settings > Connectivity > My Devices), the phone remembers this device's details. Then you can set a flag to inform you of when that device comes into the range of your mobile phone.
For example, i'm in a nightclub and looking waiting for my m8's to show up. Because its so crowded you don't know when they arrive or where they are. So your mobile could let you know when they come into your range.
Obviously 10m wouldn't be ideal at first...but in future i expect they will make the transmitters more powerful to something like 100m, such as the laptop bluetooth devices which are currently on the market.
What do you think?

How? if i ask my phone to inform me when a certain device comes within my bluetooth range, it could be very useful...particularly in the nightclub example above.

It's a brilliant idea, don't think it will be difficult to implement.
