Well i took my phone in for repair 2 weeks ago, got it back yesterday, they said they have fixed it and tested it, so yey.. works fine... wake up today and exactly the same fault has happened.
My 1st Sony Ericsson and my 1st phone that has had problems

yea i had those for like a couple of days , so i don't count them as like one of my phones
and yea had it serviced as a Carphonewarehouse they had to send it off somewhere
Problem is left down back 7 ,8 and 9 buttons do not work

CPW are crap with their repairs normally. If it is faulty again then I would get them to replace it.

I take it you are in the uk? Sale of goods act (amended) means there is on reason to wait to for repairs if the phone is less than 28 days old. Over that and under 6 months you have the right to ask for a replacement although they don't have to give you one. All repairs have to be complete within 28 days and if they can't do that they have to replace it.

CARPHONE WAREHOUSE ARE NOT SE Authorised service center, THEY DO NOT send SE phones to SE authorised service centers (because theyre engineers (If you can call them that) do the jobs in house...
So complain all you want I have posted my rants against Carphone warehouse b4 no one really cares....
Carphone warehouse have a term they call theire customers by....
that term is

I feel sorry for anyone that falls victim of them....
but if you want a SE authorised service center to look at it for you go here....
