Another timewaster on ebay who thinks its funny to do a buy it now and then not want the phone.

need this gone fairly quick, so now accepting offers starting from £200 delivered

as for restricting bidders you have at least four choices.
1. you can make it a paypal only auction so the person must use paypal to complete the bid
2. you can create a pre approved bidders/buyers list (see
here)
3. using the above list you can exclude buyers with -1, -2 or -3 feedback
4. again, using the above link you can block bidders. I use this if they have contacted me from outside uk, for example, or have contact me with a deal I am just not interested in

£180 is too low for me though
as for the ebay situation, i have blocked people who have neg feedback, also blocked people outside UK and blocked people with NPB strikes, just seems no way to block 0 people if they do the buy it now straight away with no contact to me:-(

yeah, I also wish Ebay would let us decide the minimium feedback we'll dea with rather than just their -1, -2 or -3 limits but they make the rules and I guess we have to work with that,
For phones, I always make it a buy it now with immediate payment and have not been stung yet. For this I just look at receently completed sales in the last month and get a feeling for the prices paid and base my buy-it-now price in that range. works every time
