I have a T200 and a RS 232 Cable DRS-11 I want to connect the phone to my pc for using it as a modem. I need to know what software I should download from
here or elsewhere
to get on the net (from my pc) using the phone as a modem. Because there is no software available for the T-200 model at the sony ericsson website

And will I require anything else except the software to go to the internet? If so please mention it. Any help is appreciated

Iīve heard that some computers will detect GPRS without any software in PC. Just connect phone and PC with datacable. But what changes u must do in PC programs (Explorer) or in phone I donīt know. Probably operator can help...

It should work with the software for T39m. Be careful to get the latest version, because there are serious improvements.

I e-mailed the company responsible for making your (and my) cable - They said they don't have any plans for developing software for the T200 :-<

If you go to the global support area on the snoy ericsson web site i think you need a program called mobile phone monitor.

You need "T200 Modem" driver. Its on SE global support.

Yeah... Get the T200 Modem driver from the SE site... U can find it in the area for T200, in software downloads, tools, or sth like that...
Does anybody know if there is a way to download your sms's from the phone to a PC (for archiving reasons), or to synchronize phonebook with the PC? For SMS's nobody says clearly a "yes" or "no", and for sync, I find no software appropriate for this phone... Maybe if we use the sw for another phone (they could have the same interface), like for T39???? If anybody knows, please give your lights!:-)
