Tried updating to the latest software off the sony erricsson site but when i turn my phone on by holding the "C" button and connecting the usb the download does not start when it says it should only take 15 seconds to start, is there something else i need to install first?
(I have installed the pc suite)

Cant beleive im goin to admit this, but I been trying to get it to work for 3 days, and only today sussed out the reason it wasnt working was cos I was holding down the "C" button on my computer keyboard not the phone!!!
The shame, I know!!

I downloaded and unzipped the update device driver but cant install it as the wizard does not come up when i connect my phone to the usb as im holding the "c" button ?
