i put a picture in my bin and then cleared the bin, is there anyway for me to get that pics back?

I suppose you can bring your lost picture back using data recovery tools. Among them I can pose out Active@ Undelete and Uneraser(DOS). These are truly mighty utils, they never failed me before and should definately help you.
