Sorry if this was posted before but I did a search and had no luck.
I have my email set up on my T68i and set notification for every 5 mins over GPRS. This works ok, but when I receive an email I don't get an audible or vibrate alert as you would with an SMS. All I get is an icon on my phone. This is not of much use when I am waiting for a mail as I have to keep taking my phone out of my pocket to check for it.
Is there somewhere to turn on an alert for email?
Thanks in advance for the help.

I have an e-mail account with vizzavi which can be set up so that you receive an SMS alert when you have a new e-mail. Thus you do not even have to dial-up to check.
This is in the UK - not sure whether it works in Eire
