> W800i Camera Problem

Hi All,
I tried opening my lens cover on my w800i and worked fine but the camera facility won't activate,i tried accessing it through the menu but it says 'open lens cover'..even though it is open. The cover opens and the lens is showing but something is obviously wrong,it doesnt seem to recognise that the camera is on? Should i master reset it? Its got me worried,not had any problems before with it. Any help appreciated
