> HBH-65 problem

After a while connected to my K750i my HBH-65 suddenly disconnects and wont switch back on.
When I hold the call handling button I just get a flashing orange light. I'm guessing this is a battery problem, but the manual doesnt mention an orange light at all and according to the manual, the red light indicating a low battery should show without the button being pressed.
Has anyone had this trouble?

Right, a 30 hour charge seems to have sort of fixed the problem, but I keep having to restart the connection every minute or so!
Maybe I'll keep it on charge for a week and see if it helps!
By the way, I'm using a K750i with W800 R1N firmware, not sure if this may be an issue.

hbh-65 has the old firmware revision it disconnects and reconects ONLY during a call.
