I know this is a tiny bit pathetic, but I've been thinking over and over about this and cannot come to a decision!
My contract has run out with my 6630 (which I'm thoroughly bored of). I can either wait for the P990, whenever that may be, or buy a P910i now on 12 months contract. I've previously owned P900 which I miss a lot, and I've contemplated over devices like the Jasjar (too big for my needs). What do ppl do who's contracts are up around now and want a new phone?!?!

If you cant stand the Blokia for however long it may be. Buy a P910i 2nd hand (maybe) sell it when the P990 comes out and use the money to pay for the 990 on the contract.

Thanks guys. I'm trying to take into account how much the P990 is gonna be when it comes out ....I might wait a few months if it's over £200 on contract. In case I'll of had the P910i for about 8months....another 4 months can't be too bad?!
I'm sick of 6630! 3G and the camera are good but it's NO smartphone. Plus my contract isn't the greatest so I could get a better one if I bought a P910i now.

y could do wat i did. i got the p910i on contract last month, by the time it runs out the p990 will most likely be free on contract. this way u can atleast either find someone with a p990 to play with and check it out, or go to a retailer and get a demo, u never know, might turn out u don like it. doubt it tho

Coxy's idea is a good one. Bear in mine the new P might not be available until April! My contract finishes in January and I wanna hang on until Spring for the new P. If you signed a new contract could you still get a discount if you upgraded a few months later to a P990? Answers please.
