it doesn't sync! first, a message about "Desktop SyncML" pops up, then afterwards, the synchronization fails! can somebody help me? i just got my k750i two days ago, and i badly need to synchronize my outlook contacts. help me please. thanks.

yes. ive done everything thats needed to be installed. yet it still fails.
