Having all sorts of problems with this.
Get through the entire procedure then it tells me there is a problem and disconnects.
Three long phone calls to SE. Wents through a few more screens and still no joy. They can offer no solution other than me losing my phone for god knows how long. Orange just tell me to talk to SE.
I have done the following;
Disabled both Firewalls
Disabled pop-up blocker
Fully charged phone.
Backed-Up and synced my phone.
Disabled COM5 in phone monitor options.
Reset the bitrate (?) under device manager bfor the sync station.
Updated my version of Java.
Checked my Java cache to check that the relevant applet has been downloaded.
One more thing........ everytime it tries and fails the download it dumps a text file on my desktop.....
