Turn a bad experience into a good one. Use the opportunity to upgrade it to a T630 screen. Welcome ty Esato :-D This message was posted from a S700

replacing the screen is quite easy, first remove the battery cover, then get a small screw driver and insert it under the black antenna cover and gentelly pull it till its off, do the same for the antenna and then you should see 2 screws, undo the 2 at the top and bottom using a t6 screw driver, now turn the phone over and carfully pull the cover off, now pick the lcd screen up and you should see the conector, lift the plastic handle thingy and remove the screen, inset the new screen ribbon, and reverse the process.

This shows how to dissect the phone. Then just lift the screen and release the screen contact. The contact is quite fragile - a thick foil - so you might want to practise putting the old screen in again before you try inserting the new one
