> How Do you Transfer Files?

Folks,
Any idea how to transfer files and applciations from the internal storage to the external drive ( eg Memory Stick ) without the use of a computer?
I'm using a Mac, so the PC Suite doesn't work anyway. I want to move some applications to the memory stick, as I am sending the phone back due to a couple of faults, and am expecting a new phone next week. So , I don't want to go the hassle of downloading all the applications to my new phone, I just want to be able to plug in memory stick and have all my old stuff on it.
I've tried File Manager but this only picks up things like images and music clips, not full applications.
Any ideas?

Its been time since I used it, forgot where I got it from- Blue Eyes and another "File Manager" (thats the name of the) third party app worked for me. Sman > and X00 is rite- some Apps relate to (have the Path stored in their releav.nt files) the location, System id (or IMEI in case of Handsets) of where they are put.
