By any chance does your friend have a samsung? I dont think there is anything out that you can view other peoples files.

it's bluesnarfing which is illegal to do then bloover is the software and will allow you to get files from other bluetooth ENABLED devices without there acceptance.....they don't get alerted BUT THIS IS ILLEGAL!!

You will probably find it here

Thanks for your replys, i think it is a samsung phone my friend has, but cant say for sure what model it is untill i see him again 2night. i was just tryin to find out if my k750i had the same feature as he did but thought maybe i was looking in the wrong place. blooover sounds ok but sounds risky too, although i might give it a shot once i know alittle more about it .

Many thanks & kind Regards

Bloover is for illegal use, however to scan your friends folders you may just wish to try BT Explorer, do a searh here, I posted a link for it yesterday.

fletcher thats not bluesnarfing. Samsung D500/600's have a feature where they can connect to another phone via bluetooth, and then a message comes up on your screen. "Allow _____ to browse your files". if you accept, they can look what songs, pics you got etc. they can then select one of your files - you then say accept/reject to whether they are allowed to copy it to their phone. Thats all.

Its not like they can go through your files and steal your stuff without your permission.

Only these samsung models have this feature, no other manufacturer.
